What happens if I make a duplicate payment by mistake?

To see if you have made a duplicate payment, log in to your doxo account, select the biller in question, then select View Status. If the payment has not been withdrawn, you should see the option to Cancel Payment at the bottom of the page.

If the payment has already been sent, your biller may track your overpayment and either credit your account, or process a return of funds.
