How do I update card and bank accounts in my doxo account?
With doxo, payments can be made through any device, using bank account, credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. Follow below simple steps to either add a new payment method or update an existing payment method:
1. Login to your doxo account.
2. Tap on your doxo profile icon on top right side and then tap on Payment Options.
3. Select the plus sign under Add Payment Method menu to add the relevant payment method.
4. Tap on Edit icon under Existing Payment Methods to update an existing payment method.
Your sensitive payment account information is never shared with billers.
Please note that doxoPLUS subscriptions can only be paid using a credit or debit card.
