How are Billers added to doxo’s directory?
The doxo network directory operates on a crowd-sourced model, where users add their household billers to the platform. After a user adds a company, doxo verifies the provided information, supplements it with additional details, and publishes the profile to the network for all other users to access.
Billers can opt to join doxoDirect, allowing them to manage their profiles through their own Control Panel. For more information about becoming a doxoDirect member, email billerhelp@doxo.com.
