How can I change or update the information on my company’s biller profile page?

We’re committed to ensuring the accuracy and currency of our provider directory information. Company profiles are primarily managed and updated by doxo users themselves.

When you become a doxoDirect Provider, you gain the ability to edit, modify, or enhance your company’s information within the doxo directory. 

This service is entirely free and grants you access to the doxo Control Panel for profile updates. 

Additionally, as a doxoDirect Provider, you can track doxo user payments, manage documents, access analytics, open support tickets, and review your doxo customer payment history.
